
Camel sets PR in pentathlon

Bethlehem, Pa. - Millersville's Arianna Camel recorded a personal-best score of 3,027 points in the pentathlon at the Lehigh Fast Times Invitational.
Camel's total punched her ticket to the PSAC Championships and she also qualified in the long jump. Camel finished third in the event, placing behind East Stroudsburg's Aspen Gaita and West Chester's Caroline Lewis. Her total was the fourth-highest in program history.
Camel finished second in the shot put at 29-2 1/2. She took third in the 60-meter dash with a time of 9.30. She took fourth in the high jump, fourth in the long jump and 14th in the 800-meter run.
Millersville's Arielle Stigelman and Madie Tropp also competed, finishing 16th and 17th in the field.
The Marauders are off until the Coach I Open at Franklin & Marshall on Jan. 13.
