Gettsburg, Pa. – The Millersville women's cross country team ended the 2017 regular season at the Gettysburg College Invitational where its finished 21^st out of 31 schools Saturday morning on Homecoming weekend. TCNJ took home the team competition with four of its runners in the top 10.

Freshman Victoria Ranck went across the line first among Marauders, posting a 25:52.1 and grabbing 92^nd place. Senior Aniya Gibbs ran the 6K in 26:15.7, taking second on the team and 104^th in the competition.

20 seconds behind Gibbs, freshman Elizabeth Rudderrow captured 112^th position in 26:35.6. Five second after Rudderrow went through the finish line, freshman Julia Murphy came in with a 26:40.9 to get 116^th place. Freshman Yoangelys Rijo-Cedeno took 126^th place off a 26:59.3 run.

Host Gettysburg's Elizabeth Hilfrank hit the finish line first to claim first place by an 11 second advantage (22.26.5).

The Marauders now look ahead to the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Cross Country Championships. The championships will be held on Saturday, Oct. 21 at 11 a.m. California (Pa.) is the event host.
