Complete Game Notes (.PDF)GAME OVERVIEW• Millersville returns to the PSAC Tournament after missing the postseason in 2014-15. The Marauders had previously reached the tournament in a conference record 17 consecutive seasons. Millersville is the No. 3 seed in the PSAC East after posting an 18-8 overall record and 14-8 mark in the PSAC. Millersville finished no lower than third for the 18th time in 20 seasons. Millersville's eight-game winning streak was snapped Wednesday evening against East Stroudsburg, 64-57. It was the first time all season that Millersville lost a game after leading at halftime (17-1), and just the third loss in 14 home games. The Marauders' 11 home wins are the most since winning 13 of 15 home games in 2010-11.
• Millersville has won three PSAC Tournament Championships, including one under
Mary Fleig in 2004-05. The last time Millersville was in the tournament (2013-14), the team lost in the first round. Millersville has lost its first game of the tournament in two of its last three appearances, but has reached the semifinals 11 times between 2001-02 and 2012-13.
• Saturday marks the just the third PSAC Tournament meeting between Millersville and Lock Haven since Millersville's first appearance 1981-82. The programs played in the 1984 semifinals with Millersville winning 76-73 in overtime and met in the championship game in 1987 with Millersville winning, 56-55.
 • Overall, Lock Haven won 19 of the first 21 meetings but since 1979, Millersville is 33-10. Millersville holds a 23-4 edge since 1996. Lock Haven swept Millersville in 2014-15 for its first back-to-back wins in the series since 1978-79. Millersville won both regular season games in 2015-16. The two regular season match-ups were low-scoring with Millersville averaging 66 points and Lock Haven averaging 59.5. Both teams shot under 40 percent from the field and Millersville shot just 4-of-23 from three in the two games. Lock Haven also out-rebounded Millersville on average 38.5-30.0.
Celeste Robinson scored 15 points in both games and grabbed six rebounds in the first meeting and seven in the second.
• Millersville continues to hold the No. 1-ranked scoring defense in the PSAC, and Lock Haven isn't far behind, holding teams to 62.9 points per game. Millersville and Lock Haven also rank one and two in the league in field goal percentage defense and second and third in 3-point field goal percentage defense. Teams are shooting just 27.8 percent from three against Millersville and 28.4 percent against Lock Haven.
• Lock Haven has lost two in a row and three of five. It managed 55 points in each of the three losses. Lock Haven has not allowed more 70 points in 15 consecutive games and is 4-1 the last five times it scored more than 60. Millersville is 16-1 when scoring more than 60 points.
• Millersville is 6-1 in the month of February--a drastic improvement from the 1-5 mark in 2014-15. It represents the best mark in the month since 2012-13's 7-1 record. Since 1983-84, Millersville is 192-75 in February--its most successful month.

COUTING THE OPPONENT• Lock Haven is coached by 2002 Millersville grad Jennifer Smith. Smith was named to Millersville's All-75th Season Team following a career in which she finished eighth all-time in 3-pointers made and 16th in career assists.
• Lock Haven is in the postseason for the second consecutive season and for the second time since 1991. The last postseason win for the Bald Eagles came in the 1991 semifinals. Last season, they lost to Kutztown in the 4/5 match-up.
• Lock Haven is 4-8 on the road. It has out-rebounded teams on average by nine rebounds per game. Three players average at least 10 points per game, with J.J. Hillard leading the way at 10.8. Hillard is also the team-leader in assists at 4.0 per game. Lysa Mealing's 13.5 rebounds per game leads Division II.
