GAME OVERVIEW
• Millersville enters the match-up against Limestone with a 10-3 record despite the difficult schedule it has faced. The Marauders have lost two of their last three, but those losses came to No. 4 East Stroudsburg and No. 1 Shippensburg. The win in between those two games was against Queens, a 2-0 victory that saw Erica Tarsi, a freshman, score twice. Even after losing those games, Millersville is still one of the premier teams in the country, ranked third overall. The loss to Ship will be factored in with the next poll, but the Marauders will still likely be a top five team. Millersville has played five teams in the top 10 this year, going 2-3 in those games. Three of those five games have come against top five teams, and in games against such opponents Millersville is 1-2. As the season has progressed, those teams' rankings have changed slightly. Ship is No. 1, ESU is No. 2, and Stonehill is fourth (Millersville is No. 3). This means that the Marauders losses have come against the top three schools in the country, excluding them.
• Millersville's most recent game was the 1-0 loss to Shippensburg. The Raiders only managed one shot on goal all game, but it was enough to oust Millersville. The Marauders threatened all game with a relentless attack, putting eight shots on goal versus the top team in the nation. "It was a great game. There's great respect for each other, said Shelly Behrens after the loss. "That's what I love about field hockey." Although Millersville did not pick up the win against Ship, Behrens was proud of her team's performance.
• The match-up against Limestone is a non-conference game for Millersville. The game still carries stake, as all do, in Millersville's quest to make the NCAA Tournament. Millersville has made the tournament four years in a row, winning it in 2014 and going to the semifinals in 2013. Millersville has a good shot once again this year, as the remaining opponents' combined record is 32-30. However, it will not be easy, as two of those last five match-ups come against top 10 opponents Kutztown and Bloomsburg. Limestone is no slouch either, entering the game at 8-4.

ABOUT THE OPPONENT
• Millersville and Limestone have played five times, and Millersville has walked away with a victory five times. It's a series that's been all Marauders with four of the five games resulting in shutouts of Limestone, despite the Saints being ranked in the top 10 in their last two meetings. In 2014, Millersville dominated, winning 4-0. In 2015, however, it was much closer, with MU coming out on top, 1-0.
•Aliza Mizak was the name to remember at the conclusion of Ville's game with Limestone last year. Mizak scored in overtime to give Millersville the 1-0 win. The game featured an undefeated Millersville team against a No. 7 Limestone squad. It was an equally played game with Millersville only attempting 10 shots. The Saints managed three shots with Marauder goalkeeper Sam Rumler saving the two shots on goal.
