Missouri Valley Too Much For Marauders

Hilton Head, S.C. – Wednesday in the team's spring break trip to Hilton Head S.C., the Millersville men's tennis team took just one of nine matches to drop an 8-1 decision to Missouri Valley.

Dylan Ryan won his second consecutive match at Hilton Head. Ryan took his singles matchup with Pablo Goicochea by scores of 6-4, 6-4. The junior than paired up with teammate Tucker Mertz and the duo picked up two points, dropping their doubles match by an 8-2 score.

Kevin Tran played an ultra-competitive first set in No. 2 doubles, but fell to Stefano Benedetti 7-5. Benedetti used the momentum in the second set and swept Tran by a 6-0 score.

Millersville play's it's final match down south in Hilton Head S.C., March 13 when it battles Quincy College. The match is set to begin at 8 a.m.
