Millersville, Pa. - The Millersville wrestling team had its first home matches of the season defeating Penn State Mont Alto 34-12 before falling to PSAC foe Seton Hill 22-15 Thursday evening at home. 

In the first dual, Millersville had strong showings from Austin Camacci (125), Sam Oberlander (133), Thomas Nulty (141), Kyle Narber (184), Aram Moffit (197), and David Wuestner (285). Camacci wasted no time getting on the board for Millersville, scoring a pinfall in just :34 seconds. Oberlander dominated his opponent defeating Joshua McKinley by a 16-0 technical fall. Thomas Nulty continued the trend with 23-4 technical fall.

Narber and Moffit both scored pinfalls with Narber's coming in 3:34 and Moffit's in an impressive 50 seconds. Wuestner out-battled his opponent Max Elliot as the heavyweights went the distance with Wuestner winning a 9-2 decision.

Millersville's Alex Baider faced off against Seton Hill's Rodney Sunday in the 133-pound class and the two put on a thriller of a match. The sophomore Baider was trailing 3-2 when he scored a takedown with just seven seconds left and got an extra point for riding time to give a well-earned 5-3 win.

Freshman Christian Almony made an immediate impact pinning Luke Shaffer in just :34 seconds. Narber earned his second victory of the night as he defeated Morris Lawson by decision 6-2.

In the final match of the night, Wuestner and Seton Hill's Alex Soutiere were tied at one and the match went to overtime. In the first tiebreaker, Soutiere scored an escape to take a 2-1 lead. Being outweighed by over 40 pounts, Wuestner responded in the second tiebreaker to flip the score in his advantages 3-2 and held on for the last 10 seconds to walk away with a thrilling victory.

Millersville now stands at 1-1 on the season and is 0-1 overall in the PSAC.
