2016-17 Set to be the starter at 133 but suffered an injury during preseason and did not compete in the 2016-17 season.
2015-16: Wrestling at 133, the sophomore led Millersville in wins with 23...Relying on his quickness, Baider posted a 7-6 record in duals and 12-9 in tournaments and finished fifth at both the PSAC Championships and the Washington and Jefferson Open...Finished his season 2-2 in the NCAA Super Region 1 Championships, placing sixth overall.
2014-15: Posted a 9-8 record during rookie season...Cracked the team's starting lineup in January and delivered four wins in five duals...Lone loss in duals came against eventual national qualifier Evan Link of Pitt-Johnstown...Displayed an ability to win close matches...All nine wins came by decision and six came by two or fewer points...Four losses were also by two points or fewer...Won four consecutive matches from Jan. 24-Feb. 19.
