GAME OVERVIEW
• Millersville opened the season with an 86-73 win over West Virginia Wesleyan and has three more games on the slate this week. The Marauders' 86 points were the most scored in the PSAC so far this season. It was Millersville's highest point total since score 92 against West Liberty in the second game of the 2013-14 season.
• Millersville has won 64 of 67 match-ups against Mansfield with 17 consecutive wins. Mansfield's last win over Millersville came at Decker Gymnasium in 2007.  Over the recent 17-game winning streak, Millersville has held Mansfield to 45.2 points per game while averaging 69.5 points per game.
• Celeste Robinson made a triumphant return to the lineup Sunday. Playing her first game since March 1, 2014, Robinson totaled 19 points, a career-high 15 rebounds, a career-high seven assists and four steals. Through the first week of the season, Robinson ranks in the top five in the PSAC in all four statistical categories. It was her fifth career double-double and her 27th double-figure scoring performance in 53 career games. Robinson entered the season with 532 points, averaging 10.2 points per game.
• Mary Fleig's teams have always been known for stingy defense, ranking first in the PSAC in field goal percentage defense last season and not outside of the league's top five since 2004-05. The Marauders are right there against in 2015-16, ranking third in the league after one game of holding W.Va. Wesleyan to 35.4 percent shooting. Wesleyan managed to shoot just 6-of-32 (.188) from three.
• Millersville piled up 58 rebounds in the season opener, which was the highest total by any time in the league this season and the highest total by a Marauder team since pulling down 60 against Goldey-Beacom on Dec. 31, 2014. The Marauders also grabbed 25 offensive rebounds, resulting in 21 second chance points. Those 25 offensive rebounds are No. 1 in the PSAC.
• Redshirt freshman Kendra Bamberger won the season's first PSAC East Freshman of the Week Award. Bamberger provided efficient offense for the Marauders, hitting 6-of-7 shots. She scored 10 of her 12 in the second half, hitting all five of her shots. She helped the Marauders pull away by scoring eight of the team's 10 points over the final four minutes of action. Bamberger also totaled three rebounds, two assists and a steal. She was the first Marauder to win the PSAC's freshman of the week award since Celeste Robinson in 2013.
• Yasmin Cooper started her senior season with an impressive 19 points, 15 rebounds and three blocks. Cooper now has 591 career rebounds, ranking her 14th all-time, just 17 short of 11th place. She has 14 career double-doubles.
