GAME OVERVIEW
•  Millersville pushed its record to a spotless 9-0 after Courtney Weaver scored the game-winner yesterday against IUP, concluding a game that had started back on Sept. 12. Millersville waited 20 days to finish the game and needed only 4:44 of game action on Friday to win it. The goal was Weaver's first of the season.
•    Millersville has started the season 9-0 for the third season in a row, matching the best start in program history. The mark was also reached by the 2014, 2013 and 1973 clubs. Millersville has never run its record to 10-0. The Marauders' two weekend opponents have a combined record of 1-14. Millersville has never lost to Seton Hill or Newberry and owns a combined 12-0 record against the teams.
•    Millersville has shut out five consecutive opponents--a feat last accomplished in 1950. The Marauders have not allowed a goal in the last 364:23 of game action. No Marauder team has ever posted six shutouts in a row.
•    Millersville is 9-0 all-time against Seton Hill. The clubs first met in 2007 and have played at least once each season since. The Marauders have won six of the match-ups by shutout. Seton Hill has scored only one goal against Millersville since 2009.

•    Millersville and Newberry have played three times since 2013 and the Marauders have won all three by a combined 29-2 score. Millersville tallied nine goals from nine different players a season ago.
•    Millersville's 0.56 goals against average is No. 1 in Division II. The Marauders led the country in goals against average in 2013 and 2014 as well.
•    Millersville has allowed a shot on goal in just one of the last five games. It holds a 102-9 edge on the season and the only team to record a shot on goal in the last five games was West Chester.
•    Three different Marauders lead the team in goals with four. Arianna Grays is no stranger to scoring goals as she entered the season with 11 in her first two seasons. But Aliza Mizak is a true freshman and Kathleen Bishop scored just one goal as a rookie with the Marauders. Mizak is the leading freshman scorer in the PSAC.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
•    Seton Hill enters today's game in search of its first win of the season. The Griffins are coming off of a 2-1 overtime loss to IUP. They rank 10th in the 11-team PSAC in goals allowed and have taken the fewest shots and corners. Molly Childress recorded a hat trick for her club against Bellarmine on Sept. 26.
•    Newberry is in its third season as a program and is led by Catherine Somits, who is a native of West Chester and graduate of Villanova.  The Wolves are 1-6 with a 4-2 win over Hendrix. The Wolves have taken 98 shots and placed 66 on goal but have converted just 11 into goals. The sister duo of Caitlyn and Courtlyn Warren represents Newberry's top offensive weapons. They have combined for six of the team's goals.

CLOSING IN ON HISTORY
• Shelly Behrens came to Millersville in 2008, taking over a program that had endured nine conseuctive losing seasons. Following a 7-11 record in 2011, Millersville has gone 62-13 since the start of 2012. Now with a 94-56 (.627) career record, Behrens ranks second at Millersville in career coaching wins. Hall of famer Sandy Peters went 98-68-30 (.577) over 17 seasons from 1968-84. Behrens recently passed Carol Miller (86-51-18), who coached Millersville from 1985-92 and went on to coach at Delaware and Lebanon Valley College. Behrens has won three consecutive PSAC Coach of the Year awards.
• Behrens is also looking to give Millersville's its fourth conecutive winning season--a feat that hasn't been accomplished since 1992-98.
