Penn Relays: Erin Madison Breaks Her Own School Record in the 400 Hurdles

Philadelphia, Pa. - The Millersville women's track and field team competed in three events during day one of the 120th Annual Penn Relays highlighted by Erin Madison breaking her own school record in the 400-meter hurdles.
Madison finished in 20th place overall with a time of 1:01.02, which was 43 hundredths of a second faster than her previous mark. That time is also the 10th best 400-meter hurdle time among Division II sprinters.
Kayla Naughton, Erin Mason, Jess Fritsche, and Kiara Allen ran in heat three of the 4x100-meter relay and finished in 53rd place overall with a time of 48.07. In heat six of the 4x400-meter relay, the Marauder team was made up of Brittney Martin, Erin Mason, Megan Meyer, and Erin Madison. They placed 64th and were clocked at 3:58.79.
Millersville will compete in the Paul Kaiser Classic on Saturday in Shippensburg, Pa.
