
Rohrer and Wharton Share Pocono Intercollegiate Title

Pocono Manor, Pa. - For the second consecutive year, the Millersville women's golfers dominated the Pocono Intercollegiate Invitational. Junior Amber Rohrer and freshman Jaimie Wharton tied at the top of the leaderboard.
Rohrer won the one-day event in 2011, and she landed in the top spot again in 2012 with an 85--one stroke better than last year's score. Wharton, playing in her first collegiate event, matched Rohrer's score to tie for first.
Freshman Kendal Olear also competed, shooting a 94.
The Marauders return to the course on Monday at the Alvernia Fall Invitational in Reading.
