THE STARTING FIVE
(1) Millersville finished the regular season with back-to-back loses on the road at Shippensburg (60-54) and at Bloomsburg (73-60). It was the first time the Marauders lost back-to-back games during the 2011-12 regular season. Millersville had not lost consecutive regular season games since the 2009-10 season when it lost three-straight.

(2) The Marauders are competing in the PSAC Tournament for the 16th-straight season, 18th in 22 seasons under head coach Mary Fleig. The Marauders are 25-22 all-time in 24 trips to the PSAC Tournament dating back to its first appearance in the 1981-82 season, the first year of the conference tournament. Under Fleig, the Marauders are 15-17 in the conference tournament, and have made the semifinals 13 times and the championship game three times with a PSAC Title in 2005.

(3) Millersville will face a familiar opponent in the first round of the PSAC Tournament. The Marauders will face West Chester for the 10th time in the PSAC Quarterfinals on Tuesday, Feb. 28. It is the third-straight season the teams will meet to open up the conference tournament. Millersville  holds a 6-3 edge over the Golden Rams in the tournament (4-1 at home, 2-2 at West Chester). Last season, the Marauders defeated West Chester at Pucillo Gymnasium by a score of 70-65 to advance to the PSAC semifinals.

(4) West Chester and Millersville split the season-series with the Golden Rams taking the first one at Pucillo by a score of 61-59. The Marauders avenged the loss on  Feb. 4 at Hollinger Fieldhouse by a score of 69-68 after the Rams failed to tie the game at the buzzer. Millersville holds a 44-42 all-time record against West Chester, while Fleig is 29-22 against the PSAC East rival.

(5) Redshirt junior Aurielle Mosley enters the game needing 25 points to become just the 19th Millersville women's basketball players to reach 1,000 career points. Mosley collected double-double in both games against West Chester this season (14-13, 18-14) and scored a season-high 28 points at Indiana (Pa.) on Jan. 7 to upset the then undefeated Crimson Hawks.
