Lancaster, Pa. - For the second year in a row, Millersville will not have possession of the Rupp Cup. Franklin & Marshall retained the trophy with a 29-13 win over the Marauders Friday night in Lancaster.

Brad Ladd earned wins for Millersville, and
Kyle Toth picked up a forfeit at 165 pounds. The loss ends Millersville's dual season with a 2-14 record. F&M improved to 3-14. Millersville had previously won 16 of 20 meetings but has now lost two in a row to the Diplomats.
Smith ended his final Battle for the Rupp Cup with a close 4-2 decision over Matt Latessa. Millersville also received six points when Toth bumped up to 165 to receive a forfeit. While the dual was already decided, Ladd scored his second consecutive major decision and improved to 18-10 on the season with a 9-1 major decision over Alexander Henry.
Smith ends his last regular season with 39 career victories, which ranks 10th in school history.
Millersville now aims for berths to the NCAA Championships at the EWL Championships on March 4 in Clarion.
