Bloomsburg, Pa. - The 10th-ranked Bloomsburg wrestling team received three forfeits and and swept the seven contested bouts in Wednesday's dual with Millersville.
The Marauders (1-4) entered the evening short-handed with injuries at 133 and 174 pounds. They needed more than be simply at full strength against the nationally-ranked Huskies, though. Bloomsburg received 12 points before a match was even wrestled, and the next four bouts went to the Huskies by fall.
Millersville heavyweight
Brad Ladd was the closest to securing a win but lost a close 8-7 decision to Zachary Walsh.
Millersville travels to Princeton on Friday and hosts the annual "Shorty" Hitchcock Memorial Classic on Sunday at Pucillo Gymnasium. Action starts at 9 a.m.
