Men's Tennis Opens Spring Schedule by Blanking Grand Rapids

Hilton Head, S.C. - Millersville men's tennis posted a perfect 3-0 record in the fall, and more than four months off from competition had no effect. The Marauders cruised past Grand Rapids Community College Sunday afternoon in Hilton Head, S.C., 9-0.
The Marauders improved to 4-0 on the year with Sunday's clean sweep. PSAC Doubles Champions Preetham Moras and Drew Slocum picked up right where they left off, defeating Zac Chambers and Ben Esh-Nauta, 8-1. The Marauders breeze through doubles, surrendering only five games in three matches.
In singles, Moras won 6-0, 6-0 in the No. 1 slot, setting the stage for six singles victories.
Sunday's match was the first of five for the Marauders in Hilton Head. They take on Limestone Monday afternoon.
