West Point, N.Y. - Millersville wrestling senior Jarrett Hostetter boosted his career win total to 97 with a pair of decisions, but the team dropped duals to Army and Sacred Heart Saturday in West Point, N.Y.

Hostetter (157) and fellow senior Jeremy Brooks were the lone Millersville winners against Army. Millersville forfeited the 133 and 141-pound classes to start in a 12-0 hole. Hostetter defeated Dan Young by a 3-1 count, and Brooks, wrestling at 165, edged Patrick Marchetti, 3-2.

The Marauders again managed just two wins in a 30-15 loss to Sacred Heart. The consistent Hostetter improved to 20-5 on the season by notching a 5-2 decision over Anthony Priore. Shane Smith (174) registered six points for the Marauders when he pinned Sam Sheppard in 2:50. It was Smith's 20th victory and 12th pin of the year.

Millersville (3-13-1) rounds out its dual schedule in the coming week. On Feb. 19, it travels to nearby rival Franklin & Marshall for the annual Battle for the Rupp Cup, which is named after the late Dr. Ted Rupp, who served as head coach for both schools and graduated from F&M. This year's match-up will take on even more significance with Rupp having passed away on Feb. 11.
