Mansfield, Pa. – Sophomore Jessica Cave scored the only goal of the game 3:22 into overtime, as visiting Millersville (1-5) won its first game of the season, 1-0 over Mansfield (5-4).

Cave got the ball 10 yards outside the goal and tucked it into the bottom right corner past Mountaineer goalkeeper Brianna DeLuca. Junior Krista Bupp drew an assist on the winner.

Freshman goalkeeper Sara Dickinson made five saves in goal for the Marauders, en route to posting her first career shutout. Mansfield outshot Millersville 8-6.

Millersville will be back in action on Tuesday, September 23, when they travel to Seton Hill to take on the Griffins. Game time is 4 p.m.
