Marauders Ousted in Second Day at ITA Atlantic Regional

Bloomsburg, Pa. -The Millersville men's tennis team entered the second day of action at the ITA Atlantic Regional with one singles player and one doubles team still alive, but both were bounced in the quarterfinals Sunday afternoon in Bloomsburg.
Dusty Speicher was the only Marauder to reach the quarterfinals in singles. Competing in the "B" draw, Speicher won his first two matches Saturday, but on Sunday, he was eliminated by Kutztown's Nick Gallagher, 6-0, 6-3.
Speicher was also a part of Millersville's doubles team that reached the quarterfinals. He and Mark Treires, however, fell to the top-seeded team in the "B" draw in a closely contested 8-5 match.
Millersville heads back to Bloomsburg next weekend for the PSAC Individual Championships.
