Junior Elicia Anderson is a Heritage Hotel Athlete of the Week for the third time this year. On Saturday at the PSAC Cross Country Championship, Anderson became the second Millersville runner in as many years to finish as the PSAC runner-up. Anderson completed the muddy 6K course in 22:02, finishing 12 seconds in front of the third-place finisher. The time was her second fastest of the season.
