Nicole Clauter joined the Millersville women's lacrosse program as its graduate assistant coach in the fall of 2019.
Clauter, who graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from York College in 2019, was a standout player for the Spartans. She was named the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) Player of the Year two times and was a two-time IWLCA All-American First Team selection. Clauter earned all-region first team honors three times and All-CAC First Team recognition three times.
In addition to her on-field performance, Clauter was an outstanding student, posting a 3.75 GPA. She worked with the athletic communications office and gameday operations as well.
Clauter started building her coaching resume as an undergraduate student, working York College camps and has most recently worked as a personal trainer at Power Train Sports Institute.
