CROSS COUNTRY
2013:Â Ran in four of the seven events for the Marauders in 2013 and scored in two of them...Rounded out the scoring for Millersville at the NCAA Atlantic Regional and finished in 24:10.4, her best 6K time of the season to place 109th overall...She finished in 121st at the PSAC Championship with a time of 25:51.1...Her best place finish came at the Marauder Alumni Open 5K where she was clocked at 20:39 for fifth place overall.
2012:Â Was arguably Millersville's second-best runner during the 2012 season, with the top time on the team in two of the eight races, as she competed in all of the team's meets...Her top time of the season was also a career-best in the NCAA Atlantic Regional, when she ran to a 23:14.9 in the 6K race...Her best place finish was fourth, when she ran a 20:02.3 at the Millersville/F&M Alumni Open...The two races where she posted the team's best time were the Division II Challenge and the Lock Haven Invitational in back-to-back weeks...She placed eighth and 27th in those races, respectively.
2011:Â Showed ability durng first season at Millersville...Finished second on the team in each of the last three meets...Scored in the top five in all six races...Placed second with a 5K time of 20:00 in the Marauder Alumni Open...Took 25th with a time of 23:57.60 at the Lock Haven Invitational on Sept. 24...Placed ninth in a field of 160 runners at the Slippery Rock Invitational on Oct. 8...Posted a time of 23:26.9 in the race...Posted a personal best time of 22:54.2 and placed 51st at the PSAC Championship...Placed 74th with a time of 24:46 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional...Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team...Named PSAC Scholar-Athlete.
Prior to Millersville:Â Attended Seton Hill University for one year...Ran cross country and track...Member of the WVIAC track and field championship team.
High School:Â Two-sport athlete that competed in cross country and track and field at Abington Heights...Won seven letters...Member of track and field team that won four-straight Lackawanna League Championships and four-straight PIAA District 2 Championships...2010 PIAA State medalist in the 800-meter run and the 4x400-meter relay...Named to All-Lackawanna team, all-region team...Awarded MVP and Team Player award by her team...Member of the National Honor Society and Relay for Life.
