In 2013-14, Fink's first season as a member of Andy Young's coaching staff, the cross country and track and field teams took leaps and bounds. She helped Young guide the cross country team to a 12th-place finish at the PSAC Championship and a 15th-place finish at the NCAA Atlantic Regional. For track and field, the indoor team placed sixth out of 14 teams at the PSAC Championships and it was Millersville's best team finish in that event since 2008. The outdoor team did even better though. It finished third out of 14 teams at the PSAC Championships for the Marauders' best finish in the outdoor conference meet since 1996 when they won the event. Millersville also sent Kiara Allen to the NCAA Championships where she placed eighth in her heat of the 100-meter dash.
Sarah Fink has spent the last four years running for both the cross country and track and field teams. She joined Andy Young's staff prior to the 2013 season as a student assistant. Fink is completing her degree in secondary math education.
The Bath native's specialty on the track was distance and she ran in 20 meets throughout her cross country career as a Marauder. Her senior year, she ran in every single one of the eight meets Millersville had. Fink was also named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete five times in her career.
