2019-20 (Senior)

• NCAA and PSAC canceled spring seasons on March 16 because of coronavirus pandemic.
• Competed in all six tournaments for the Marauders and averaged 74.9 through 12 rounds, the lowest on the team.
• Tied for second at the Mercyhurst Invitational out of 90 golfers with a two-round score of 149.
• Had his best finish of the season at the Glade Springs Intercollegiate where he took second place and shot a season-low 70 in the second round. He also tallies his lowest-career 54-hole score of 218.
• Appeared in the PSAC Championship where he shot 79-79-74 for a three round score of 232 and tied for 11^th out of 45 participants.
• Helped the Marauders to wins at both the Elizabethtown Invitational and the Alvernia Fall Invitational.

2018-19 (Junior)

• Competed in all 11 events, finishing in the top-25 seven times.
• Finished the year with lowest scoring average on the team at 77.5.
• Captured the second victory of his career at the Alvernia Invitational with a 2-under 70.
• Finished third at the Revolutionary Golf Classic with an even 144.
• Finished in a tie for fifth at the IUP Invitational after carding a 3-over 74.
• Tied his lowest 18-hole score with a 2-under 70.
• Helped the Marauders to a win at the Revolutionary Golf Classic.

2017-18 (Sophomore)

• Ranked second in scoring average at 77.8 through 13 rounds.
• Won his first collegiate tournament at the Eastern Invitational when he shot a 2-over 72.
• Recorded three top-25 finishes on the year.

2016-17 (Freshman)

• Competed in every tournament for the Marauders.
• Ranked third on the team with a 78.5 scoring average during his 22 rounds played.
• Finished in the top-20 four times this season.
• Shot his best 36-hole score at the Hal Hansen Invitational where he finished tied for fifth.
• Represented the team in the NCAA Atlantic/East Super Regional.

High School

• Named all-conference as a senior at Green Hope.
• Posted a nine-hole average of 38.0.
• Recipient of team’s Best Teammate Award.
• Volunteer for First Tee of the Triangle and Rex Hospital Open.

Personal

• Son of David and Suzanne Spak.
• Great grandfather, James Pernice, caddied at Oakmont Country Club and was inducted into the Golf Caddie Hall of Fame.
• Majoring in geo-spatial geography with a minor in earth science.
