With Gordon as a part of the staff for his second season with the program in 2015, Millersville women's golf had its most successful season in the six years since forming in 2009. Gordon helped lead the Marauders to five tournament victories as well as three runner-up finishes. The 2014-15's team scoring average of 88.3 was the lowest in program history by more than seven strokes, each of the top 10 lowest 18-hole scores in the record books came from this season and so did seven of the top 10 36-hole scores.
