• A tenacious defender and glass cleaner, Ortwein finished her career ninth in program history in steals (217) and 10th in rebounds (631)

2024-25 (Senior)

• PSAC East Defensive Athlete of the Week (Nov. 19)
• Started all 29 games to push her consecutive starts streak to 87 and averaged 33.4 MPG, 11th in the conference
• Led the team in total rebounds (191) and rebounding average (6.6) for the third time in her career
• Finished fourth in the PSAC in steals per game (2.6) and tallied multiple steals in 25 games
• Found her shooting stroke, averaging career-highs in PPG (7.9), 3pt% (33.8%) and FT% (73.3%)
• Totaled 18 points, 10 rebounds, two steals and three blocks in a win over Chestnut Hill on Nov. 12
• Led the Marauders to their first win over West Chester in four years on Jan. 19 with five points, seven assists, 10 rebounds, four steals and a block

2023-24 (Junior)

• Only player to start all 30 games for the Marauders, upping her consecutive starts streak to 58 games
• Led the team in minutes per game (31.2), rebounds per game (6.2) and steals per game (1.6)
• Her 1.6 SPG ranked fifteenth in the PSAC and 6.2 RPG ranked twentieth
• Scored double-digits on four occasions and played in over 30 minutes nine times
• Recorded a double-double in a win over Mansfield on Feb. 17, tallying 10 points and 11 boards
• Reached double figures in rebounds a team-high five times and grabbed a rebound in every game but one

2022-23 (Sophomore)

• Played and started in 29 games while averaging 27.0 minutes per contest
• Shot .450 from the floor and .296 behind the arc
• Scored double-digits on four occasions and played in over 30 minutes nine times
• Ranked second on the team in rebounds (5.1 avg.) and steals (1.9 avg.)
• Recorded a season-high of 16 points and 14 rebounds which notched her first career double-double on Dec. 2
• Dished out season-high of six assists against Shippensburg on Jan. 23
• Recorded season-high of seven steals in win over Rosemont on Nov. 18

2021-22 (Freshman)

• Started in 26 games, appearing in 27 while averaging 23.8 minutes per contest
• Led the team in rebounding as a freshman, grabbing 4.5 boards per game and a career-high nine against Shippensburg on Feb. 2
• Ranked second on the team in steals with 40 and recorded a career-high four steals against Shippensburg on Feb. 2
• Scored a career-high 16 points in a victory over East Stroudsburg on Feb. 5

High School

• Played basketball, softball, and volleyball at Freedom High School
• Won 12 total letters in four years 
• All-Eastern Pennsylvania Conference Honorable Mention in 2019 and 2020
• All-Eastern Pennsylvania Conference Second Team in 2021
• Lehigh Valley Live Player of The Week; Coordinated Health Athlete of the Week
• Averaged 12 points per game and 4 assists per game in her time at Freedom
• Helped the team to a district championship (2018), district runner-up (2019, 2020), and a state final four
• Volunteered with the Bethlehem emergency shelter and a local youth camp

• Why Millersville: Millersville is the perfect distance from home, and I grew up coming down here frequently since both of my parents are alumni. Also, the coaches were very welcoming. 
• Off-the-court hobbies: Working out, jet skiing, and sleeping
• Interesting summer job: Youth sports camp
