'Ville women's golf sticks at third place after two rounds at the PSAC Championship

KUTZTOWN, Pa. - Millersville improved its score in round two of the PSAC Championship but could not gain ground on Gannon and West Chester. The Marauders sit in third place with 18 holes to play.

Millersville shot a 328, four shots better than Friday's score, but Gannon pulled away from the pack with a 313, opening an 11-shot lead on West Chester. Millersville is 12 shots behind the Golden Rams.

Charley Kirby stayed in fourth place as well, She posted a 7-over 79 on Saturday, one shot better than Friday. Now at 15-over for the tournament, she sits five shots behind Gannon's Ditte Petersen. Amdan Wolf posted an 80, moving five spots up the leaderboard into 11th. Sabrina Swope is tied for 14th at 23-over, Emma Schotsch is tied for 23rd at 27-over, and Lex Pfeufer is 28th at 29-over.

The PSAC Championship concludes Sunday. Pfeufer is the first of the five Marauders to tee off alongside West Chester and Gannon at 11:10 p.m.
