Men's tennis falls to Edinboro and Mercyhurst on roadtrip

Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Erie, Pa. – The Millersville men's tennis team lost both matches of its roadtrip up north to Erie, as the Marauders fell to both Edinboro and Mercyhurst by the score 6–1.

Against the Fighting Scots, the Marauders went 0–3 in doubles play, although Dylan Tull and Zach Pernia nearly snatched a win, falling 7–6. Tull was able to bounce back in singles play, coming away with the lone Millersville win with a 6–7, 7–6, 6–1 win.

The next day against Mercyhurst, Tull and Pernia came away successful in their doubles matchup to start the day, winning 6–4. Tull won again to start singles action with a 6–4, 6–3 victory, but it was the only win the Marauders picked up against Mercyhurst. 

Millersville now stands at 4–6 and will look to bounce back in their rescheduled matchup against Chestnut Hill at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 29 in Philadelphia, Pa.
