
Millersville's Kirby wins first PSAC Women's Golf Athlete of the Week award

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - Following back-to-back top 10 finishes, Millersville University senior Charley Kirby was named the PSAC Women's Golf Athlete of the Week for the first time.
Kirby led Millersville to a runner-up finish at the Kutztown Invitational with a second-place finish of her own on Monday, and on Tuesday she tied for sixth at the Alvernia Invitational.
At the Kutztown Invitational, Kirby broke her personal-best scoring marks for 18 and 36 holes, shooting a 4-over 74 in the final round and a 12-over total in the tournament.
This season, Kirby has three top-10 finishes in five events and ranks second on the team in scoring average at 82.5.
