Marauders place fifth at PSAC Championship after rain cancels final round

KUTZTOWN, Pa. – The Millersville women's golf team finished in fifth place at the 2023 PSAC Championship tournament after the final round of play was canceled due to rain and unplayable conditions.
Gannon won its fourth consecutive PSAC Championship with a team score of 51-over-par (627) through 36 holes. California (Pa.) (661), West Chester (672) and Mercyhurst (683) round of the rest of the leaderboard ahead of the Marauders (697). Millersville finished with a 22-stroke lead over Kutztown (719) who took sixth.
Ditte Peterson of Gannon won the individual title at 7-over-par (151) as she carded a tournament low 73 to shoot just one-over-par in her second round. Andrea Martinez of Gannon (157) and Rachel Wilson of California (Pa.) (159) rounded out the podium finishers, placing second and third, respectively.

This concludes the 2022-23 season for the Marauders.
