Three Marauders excel in tough field at Great Dane Classic

STATEN ISLAND, Ny. – The Marauders saw split squad action on Friday, with half the team heading to New York to compete in the Great Dane Classic, hosted by The University At Albany. There was no team finish in the event, but three Marauders recorded strong finishes while competing in a field of primarily DI opponents.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS
- Aurora Conrad improved her 60-meter mark to a PSAC qualifying 7.92 seconds. Conrad took second in the event, finishing 0.06 seconds behind Jada Hodge of Stony Broke.
- Morgan Janiuk won her heat in the mile, qualifying for the PSAC Championships with a time of 5:23.30
- Darian Hauf took second in the pole vault with a height of 11-11 3/4 finishing behind Emma Chee of Connecticut.
