Quotes from Head Coach Brian Smith
"We started out playing well in set one. With a young team confidence is very critical and after dropping a few points we built up a comfortable lead and finished the set. Set two we struggled early with our passes and our pin hitters tried too hard to make up for it and we again had to many unforced hitting errors. Lucas was on fire in sets two and three and we closed a gap in that set but in the end, we had two more unforced hitting errors which was the difference in a closely contested set. The wheels came off in the 4th set and we committed more errors then kills. We also got to focused on our own issues and did not execute our on net defense plan and we let their two middles have a great match."
