Schotsch leads Ville to third place finish

KUTZTOWN, Pa. – The Marauders recorded their best finish of the fall, taking third place out of the seven teams competing in the Kutztown Invitational Oct. 3-4.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Millersville was led by Emma Schotsch who finished in sixth as an individual after carding a +29 over her two rounds.
- Schotsch shot an 84 in the first round, which is the second lowest single round score of the fall for the Marauders. The only lower score was an 81 that Schotsch shot back on Sept. 5 in her first collegiate round.
- Schotsch carded a 169 over her two rounds, the lowest total by Millersville this fall.
- Taylor Hileman and Amanda Wolf finished tied for 14th with a +39.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Ville finished 35 strokes behind tournament winner Alverina, who won the invitational with a +112.
- Alexandra Lowder took first as an individual with a +19.
