ABOUT THE MARAUDERS
• Millersville hosts the Kutztown Golden Bears on Wednesday, Jan. 8 in the teams' first matchup this season. Kutztown enters the game ranked fifth in the PSAC East with Millersville following closely behind in seventh.

THE LAST MEETING: Millersville 68, Kutztown 55 (Feb. 21, 2019)
• Kutztown led by as many as 10 with only 2:51 left in the first quarter, but the Marauders finished it out on an 8-0 to catch up quick trailing by just two points, 21-19.
• The single lead change of the game came with just 1:37 left in the first half when
Kennedy Middleton made a layup to put the Marauders up 27-26 over Kutztown.
• Millersville's 24-3 run from the 5:49 mark of the second quarter and through to the fourth minute of the third snapped the Golden Bears 26-19 lead. Kutztown failed to regain its lead throughout the remainder of the game.
• Millersville led by as many as 14 at the end of the run and the Golden Bears never came within four. Kutztown cut it to five with just over six minutes left in the game, but back-to-back threes from
Courtney Dimoff and
Samantha Brusha slowed the Golden Bears momentum.
SCOUTING THE GOLDEN BEARS
• Entering the game with a 4-3 conference record, Kutztown has defeated Clarion, Gannon and Slippery Rock. The Golden Bears are fresh off a 66-54 win against No. 11 Indiana (Pa.) at home on Monday night. Kutztown suffered two consecutive losses against PSAC foes Edinboro and East Stroudsburg before its victory against the Bald Eagles. The Golden Bears will travel to Millersville following seven consecutive games at home dating back to Nov. 30.
