
Yanoski ties for third after the final day of PSAC Championships

HERSHEY, Pa. – Millersville's Hannah Yanoski matched her pair of 80's from the first two rounds and concluded the PSAC Championships tied for third. Millersville finished in fifth place in the nine-team field.
The Marauders persevered through rainy conditions shooting a 351 in the final round to complete the tournament with a three-round total of 1,052. Gannon brought home the tournament title with a final score of 962. West Chester's Meghan O'Maray earned the individual title with a three-round score of 229.
Yanoski carded a third 80 on the final day for a three-day total of 240, just two shots shy of Mercyhurst's Kymberly Henry in second place. The 240 marks Yanoski's lowest 54-hole score of her career. She previously recorded a 249 in the PSAC Championships last year.
Amada Steier and Alexandra Craig tied for 25th each recording a final score of 272. Steier erased four strokes from her second-round score shooting a 90 on the final day. Craig carded a 93 in the third round. The 272 marks the lowest- career 54-hole score for both Steier and Craig. Craig previously shot a 277 in the PSAC Championships last year.
Cassandra Vogel matched her first-round score of 95 to tie for 29th with a three-round score of 277. Vogel improves her lowest- career 54-hole score by 26 strokes. Joelie Bennett improved upon her second-round score by four strokes. Bennett finished the tournament with a three-day score of 278 and in 32nd place.
The tournament concludes the fall season for the team. They return to the course in March for the Brown Invitational in North Carolina.
