ABOUT THE MARAUDERS
• This will be a match up of the last two Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) champions, as the Marauders won the title in 2016 and West Chester won it in 2017.
• No. 8 Millersville is currently on a seven-game win streak and six-game shutout streak after defeating No. 7 Kutztown 2-0 in the PSAC Quarterfinals on Nov. 13. 
• The Marauders enter Friday with an overall record of 14-5.
Erica Tarsi leads the team in goals (14) and points (34) and is ranked fourth and fifth in the conference in those categories, respectively. Tarsi is also sixth in the PSAC in shots (78) and tied for fifth in game-winning goals (4). Sol Ortiz-Kreiner leads the team and is tied for third in the PSAC in assists (9). She is also second on Millersville in points (23) and third in goals (7). Kyra Brakefiled is second on the team and sixth in the conference in assists (7), while Tarsi is third on the Marauders and tied for seventh in the PSAC in helpers (6).
Aliza Mizak has been on a tear, having scored four goals and 10 points in her last five games. She is second on the team and 10th in the conference in goals (8) and third on the team in points (18).
Autumn Peters leads the team with 43 saves and ranks second in the PSAC in goals against average (GAA) (0.86), third in save percentage (.796) and ithird in shutouts (5).
• The Marauders are fourth in the PSAC in goals scored (54) and goals allowed (19).

LAST TIME IN ACTION: No. 8 Millersville 2, No. 7 Kutztown 0
• The Marauders moved to 3-0 all-time in PSAC Quarterfinal games with the win.
Aliza Mizak opened the scoring in the sixth minute when she received a behind the back pass from Sol Ortiz-Kreiner and tipped the ball in between the legs of the goalkeeper and into the back of the cage.
• Mizak scored her second goal of the game in the 41st minute after Kyra Brakefield dished a pass to her from the middle of the circle. Mizak was able to fire the ball into the left side of the cage and notched the seventh multi-goal game of her career.
• The Golden Bears looked poised to get on the board in the 51st minute when they earned the first of five-consecutive penalty corners. The Millersville defense allowed only three shots during that stretch, with Autumn Peters stopping two of them.
• Kutztown held a 9-4 advantage in shots and an 11-3 edge in penalty corners, the largest deficit the Marauders have had in penalty corners this season.

PSAC TOURNAMENT HISTORY
• The Marauders are making their seventh-straight appearance in the PSAC Semifinals, going 5-1 in the round during that span. Millersville is 10-4 in PSAC playoff games over the last seven years. 
• This will be the first postseason meeting between Millersville and West Chester since the Golden Rams' 2-1 overtime victory in the 2015 NCAA Quarterfinals. These two teams last met in a PSAC Tournament game in 2014, when West Chester won 3-0 in the conference championship.
• The Marauders have defeated the Golden Rams in a PSAC Semifinal round before when they won 1-0 in overtime in 2013.
• Millersville and West Chester are both 3-3 against one another in playoff games, with the Golden Rams having won two conference playoff games and the Marauders having won two NCAA Tournament games. 
• The reigning PSAC champions are also 10-4 all-time in conference playoff games and 3-3 in semifinal games.

• Emily Evans, Kaitlin Hatch and Caitlin Kelly scored the three goals for the Golden Rams, with Emma Velez, Emily Ingalls and Marre Corver each notching one assist.
• Marissa Elizardo made a season-high eight saves to preserve the shutout.
• West Chester out shot the Marauders 19-11 and held a 6-2 edge in penalty corners, one of only three times this season Millersville trailed its opponent in shots and penalty corners. 
• It was the only time this season the Marauders were shut out.

SCOUTING WEST CHESTER
• The Golden Rams have defeated Millersville twice this season, with their other win coming on Sept. 19 by a score of 2-1. Kaitlin Hatch scored both West Chester goals in the win. The Marauders' nine shots on goal in the game is tied for the most the Golden Rams have allowed this season.
• West Chester is 7-0 at home this season and 15-2 overall. It has won its last three games. 
• The Golden Rams last played on Nov. 10 when they defeated Indiana (Pa.) 5-1 at home. Katie Thompson scored two goals, with Hatch, Caitie McNamara and Kelsey Munster scoring the other three. 
• Thompson leads the team and is third in the PSAC in goals (18) and points (42), tied for first in game-winning goals (8) and tied for seventh in assists (6). She has scored four goals during her team's three-game win streak and has six multi-goal games this season.
• Hatch leads the team and is second in the conference in shots (97) and is second on the team and tied for sixth in the conference in goals (12), eighth in points (27) and tied for seventh in game-winning goals (3). 
• Hatch and Thompson have combined for more than half of West Chester's goals this season.
• Seven Golden Rams have double-digit point totals.
• Marissa Elizardo leads the PSAC in shutouts (7), is second in save percentage (.803) and fourth in GAA (0.87).
• The Golden Rams are third in the conference in goals scored (54) and have allowed the second-fewest goals (15).
• West Chester's only loss to a PSAC opponent this season came on Oct. 24 to Kutztown, a team Millersville defeated twice this season.
