ABOUT THE MARAUDERS
• The No. 9 Millersville field hockey team is coming off a 1-0 win on the road against Bloomsburg.
• The Marauders have won four-straight games dating back to Oct. 25 against Mercy, Seton Hill, Coker and Bloomsburg. They have not allowed a goal in their last three games.
• Millersville enter Saturday's match with an overall record of 11-5 and a 5-3 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) mark. The Marauders have already clinched a spot in the conference tournament.

Erica Tarsi leads Millersville in goals (12) and points (30) and is the reigning PSAC Athlete of the Week.
Sol Ortiz-Kreiner holds the team lead and is third in the conference in assists (8), while Tarsi (6) and
Kyra Brakefield (5) are tied for fourth and ninth in the PSAC in helpers, respectively. Ortiz-Kreiner is also second on the team in goals (6) and points (20). Tarsi is ranked fifth in the PSAC in points and tied for fourth in goals, while Ortiz-Kreiner is tied for eighth in points. Tarsi is also tied for fourth in shots (69) and is tied for fifth in game-winning goals (3).

Autumn Peters leads the team with 35 saves. She ranks fourth in the PSAC with a 1.13 goals against average (GAA) and seventh with a .761 save percentage. Peters' two shutouts this season are tied for fifth in the conference.
• The Marauders are ranked fifth in the PSAC in goals scored (46) and are tied for fourth in goals allowed (19).

• With the win, the Marauders clinched a spot in the PSAC Tournament for the seventh-straight season.

Aliza Mizak scored the lone goal of the game in the 28th minute.
Kyra Brakefield took a penalty corner and sent the pass towards
Erica Tarsi who fired a shot near the cage that Mizak tipped in.

Autumn Peters earned the shutout in the cage with a five-save performance.
• Millersville avenged its 3-2 loss to the Huskies back on Sept. 25. That game did not count towards conference play, but this one did.
• The Marauders out shot Bloomsburg 10-7, but for just the third time this season Millersville trailed in penalty corners, 6-4.

Emma Boutcher on the right side who managed to beat the goalkeeper and fire the ball into the back of the cage.

Erica Tarsi gave her team some insurance in the 63rd minute when she received a pass from outside the circle by Ortiz-Kreiner. Tarsi cut towards the right side of the circle and smacked the ball past the goalkeeper to double the Marauder lead.
• In her first start of the season,
Autumn Peters earned the shutout and recorded a career-high nine saves.
• Millersville out shot the Mountaineers 36-17 and held a 16-11 edge in penalty corners.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
• Mansfield enters Saturday with a .500 mark overall (8-8) and in PSAC play (4-4).
• The Mountaineers play much better on the road than at home, as they hold a 5-3 away record compared to a 2-5 mark at home.
• Mansfield has lost its last three games and are coming off a 4-0 loss to No. 6 Kutztown back on Oct. 31. Its other two losses were to then-No. 10 Bloomsburg on Oct. 23 and then-No. 1 West Chester on Oct. 27.
• Larissa Motts, Christie Buyer and Dana Evans are all tied for the team lead in goals (6), with Motts and Buyer tied for first in assists (4) and points (16). Meghan Griffin (59), Evans (53) and Buyer (50) are ranked eighth, ninth and 10th in the conference in shots, respectively. Griffin is also ranked fourth in the PSAC in game-winning goals (4) and, along with teammate Madison Wilinsky, is tied for second in the conference in defensive saves (3).
• Brittany Ryan is third in the PSAC in saves (112) and fifth in save percentage (.783). She boasts a 1.91 GAA and is tied for fifth in the conference with two shutouts.
• The Mountaineers are tied for sixth in the PSAC in goals scored (30) and are tied for seventh in goals allowed (31).
• Mansfield has been shutout in its last two games.
