
Women's cross country records 13th-place finish at Gettysburg Invitational

Gettysburg, Pa. - The Millersville University women's cross country team placed 13th out of 30 teams at the Gettysburg Invitational on Saturday afternoon. This marks a huge improvement from the team's finish in last season's Gettysburg Invitational when the Marauders placed 21st out of 31 teams.
MEET HIGHLIGHTS
• For the second-consecutive meet, Yoangelys Rijo-Cedeno was the top finisher for Millersville. She placed 54th overall with a time of 25:51.10.
• Natalie Poulton was not far behind as she finished 60th overall with a 25:57.20 mark.
• Emily Bland (25:33.30, 91st) and Elizabeth Rudderrow (25:41.60, 100th) also finished within the top 100.
• Victoria Ranck placed 156th overall with a time of 26:52.00.
• Devon Matz (26:59.00, 162nd) and Skylar Maurer (26:59.70, 163rd) notched back-to-back finishes.
• Kelley Taylor (28:26.90, 219th), Brianna Laliberte (29:08.90, 236th), Gemma Pasewicz (29:10.90, 238th), Alexa Happ (29:11.90, 239th), Brianna Brennan (29:48.00, 256th), Sydney Levin (31:37.10, 276th) and Bridget Dugan (36:04.00, 307th) rounded out the remaining Marauders harriers.
