Bradenton, Fla. - Amanda Myers placed 10th in the javelin throw at the NCAA Championships with a personal record throw of 157-10. With the throw, Myers made second team All-American status and set the new Millersville school record in the javelin.

Myers, just a sophomore, won the 2015 PSAC Freshman of the Year and was the last Marauder competing in the 2016 NCAA Championships as Erin Madison ran the 400-meter hurdles Thursday.
