Complete Game Notes (.PDF)GAME OVERVIEW• Rivals clash today in a match-up of two of the hottest teams in the PSAC. Millersville has won six in a row and eight of its last nine while West Chester has taken over the driver's seat for the PSAC East title with 11 consecutive wins. West Chester has won 15 of its last 16 and was ranked No. 2 in the first NCAA Atlantic Region ranking. While both Millersville and West Chester have clinched postseason berths, there is much to be determined in the way of seeding. West Chester has two games remaining and Millersville has three games--all at home--left on the schedule. Millersville can catch Shippensburg for the No. 2 seed (and a first round bye in the PSAC Tournament) with three wins and a Shippensburg loss at Bloomsburg on Feb. 24. West Chester can clinch the PSAC East crown with a win over Millersville.
• Millersville and West Chester are teams of stark, contrasting styles. West Chester is the PSAC's top-scoring offense at 74.3 points per game, outscoring opponents by an average of 10.4 points per game. Millersville ranks first in the PSAC in scoring defense, field goal percentage defense and 3-point field goal percentage defense. The Marauders have held four consecutive opponents to fewer than 60 points while West Chester has scored 80 or more in three of the last six games and eight times this season. Millersville's defense has limited 14 of its last 16 opponents to new better than 40 percent shooting. The Marauders are 11-2 when holding teams under 60 points. West Chester has been held to fewer than 60 points just three times and 2-1 in those games. The common denominator in West Chester's five losses is shooting percentage. The Golden Rams shot under 40 percent in four of the five losses. Millersville has allowed only two teams to shoot over 40 percent in Pucillo Gymnasium.
• Keep an eye on the turnover margin. West Chester is the best in the PSAC at forcing turnovers and Millersville averages 18.0 per game. But the Marauders are 12-1 when scoring more points off turnovers and 9-1 when committing fewer turnovers. Millersville is plus-2.75 in turnover margin in games won and minus-2.75 in games lost.
• West Chester has had Millersville's number in recent years, winning five in a row and nine of the last 12. West Chester has won each of the last three games by double figures. It has also won three of the last four in Pucillo Gymnasium. From 2006-2013, 15 of the 21 games were decided by single digits and five ended in overtime. West Chester's current five-game streak matches its longest in the history of the series. It also won five in a row from 1970-75.

Sicinski ranks sixth in the PSAC while Elly ranks 10th. West Chester is the only team in the league with two players ranked in the top 10 in assists.
• West Chester has the ability to score in bunches, but it has won plenty of low-scoring games, too. The Golden Rams were limited to 57 points Wednesday against Cheyney and to 59 in a double overtime win at Lock Haven. West Chester also forces a PSAC-best 20.1 turnovers per game and leads the league in steals at 10.4 per game.
