GAME OVERVIEW
• Millersville will look to even the season series on the road with Bloomsburg as the Marauders look to earn a victory at Nelson Field House. Millersville fell to Shippensburg last time out as the Raiders raced out to an early 8-2 lead and the Black & Gold were unable to recover. Shippensburg led by as much as 20 before the Marauders closed the margin with the scoring of guard Shawn Williams late. Williams finished in double figures for the 17th time this season and led the Marauders in scoring with 22 points, hitting 6-of-10 from downtown while also contributing three boards and two assists. Tommy Patterson was highly active all night missing out on a double-double with nine points and six rebounds. Patterson also blocked a game-high three shots. Cornell Yarde II chipped in 10 points in his first start since Jan. 6.
 • The Millersville/Bloomsburg series has been among the most competitive in the PSAC
in recent years, but home court is vital. Neither team has swept the season series since Millersville did it six times from 2001-02 through 2007-08. 10 of the last 15 games have been decided by single digits and three of the last 11 have gone to overtime, including triple OT games in 2011 and 2013.
• The Marauders are 16th in the PSAC in scoring, averaging 65.4 points per contest; Millersville has only reached 70 points just six times in 22 games this season including a season-high 79 against California (Pa.).
• Leading scorer Shawn Williams averages 15.8 points per game, which ranks 10th best in the PSAC. Williams has scored in double figures a team leading 17 times this season and has done so 30 times during his career for the Black & Gold.  The Roberts Vaux product has been known as a proficient 3-point shooter through his career and ranks 14th in the PSAC this season shooting at a 36 percent clip.
• A key to victory for Millersville on Monday will be shooting a higher percentage from the floor than Bloomsburg. In all three Marauder victories the Ville outshot their opponents, but the Marauders have yet to shoot over 50 percent on the season.
• The Marauders will have to shut down redshirt sophomore forward Christian Mortellite. For the third time this season and second time in the last three weeks Mortellite earned PSAC East Men's Basketball Player of the Week Honors. Mortellite helped the Huskies move into a tie for third place in the PSAC East standings with a pair of victories last week. The redshirt sophomore averaged 22.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 4.0 assists.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
Bloomsburg enters as one of if not the hottest teams in the PSAC. The Huskies knocked off Kutztown in overtime on Wednesday, by the final of 81-77 at the Nelson Field House, and then went on the road to defeat Lock Haven, 96-76, on Saturday. On Wednesday, redshirt sophomore Christian Mortellite and senior Malik Garner combined for 45 of the team's 81 points and 23 of the team's 45 rebounds. Mortellite scored a game-high 25 points and grabbed a career-high 13 rebounds in the victory. It was his third double-double in five games after not recording a double-double in his first 42 career games. 21 of his 25 points came in the second half and overtime. Garner recorded his fourth double-double of the season with a then-career-high 20 points to go along with 10 rebounds. The win avenged a 99-76 loss at Kutztown earlier in the season. Mortellite and Garner stayed hot on Saturday as the Huskies tied a season-high with 96 points at Lock Haven. Garner broke his career-high with 23 points while Mortellite added 20 in the victory. Redshirt senior Wes Lyons and sophomore Alex Prislupsky also finished in double digits with 12 and 10 points respectively.
• The Huskies have made at least one three-pointer in 149 consecutive games. The last time Bloomsburg did not make a three in a game was on December 4, 2010 in a 54-51 loss at Lock Haven when it went 0-7 from beyond the arc.
