LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - Career highs and a double-double landed Millersville University's Cesar Tchilombo the PSAC Eastern Division Men's Basketball Athlete of the Week Award on Monday.

Tchilombo led Millersville to a 96-58 win over Wilson College with a career-high 19 points and 13 rebounds in just 20 minutes of action. He played sparingly in the second half as Millersville maintained control of the game, but he dominated early, totaling 18 points on 8 of 11 shooting and 10 rebounds in the first half. Tchilombo also handed out two assists.

Utilizing Tchilombo was a focus for the Marauders as he scored six of the team's first eight points. While he didn't record a blocked shot, his presence in the paint was a deterrent on defense, and Millersville held Wilson to 28.6% shooting.

Tchilombo is the first Marauder to win the PSAC East Athlete of the Week Award this season. He is in his first season with Millersville after playing two seasons at Division I Northern Kentucky. He leads Millersville in blocked shots and ranks second in rebounding.

The Marauders travel to Dominican on Wednesday before hosting Clarion in the first PSAC match-up of the season on Saturday, Dec. 6.
