Complete Game Notes (.PDF)GAME OVERVIEW• IUP has been a perennial PSAC West powerhouse in recent years and it has shown, the Crimson Hawks have been nationally ranked in six of the last 10 matchups with IUP winning five-straight dating back to 2009. The Marauders travel to the Kovalchick Complex with its last win on IUP's home floor occurring in the 2007-08 season.
• Millersville has lost 10 straight games, six of those conference games, and has not seen a victory since a 75-66 road win over Gannon on Nov. 21. The Crimson Hawks carry a 9-5 overall record into the contest and are one game back of the division-lead with a 6-3 PSAC record.
• In their first game of 2016, the Marauders were unable to overcome a 37-12 first half run by the visiting Pitt-Johnstown Mountain Cats and fell by an 88-67 score in a PSAC Crossover at Pucillo Gymnasium on Sunday afternoon. UPJ hit nine of its 12 3-pointers within the first half run as it built a 29-point halftime lead.
Shawn Williams tallied a game-high 21 points, while Ricky Mosely had 16 points and
Tommy Patterson added 11 points for the Marauders. Millersville shot 40.9 percent (18-of-44) from the floor, 10-of-27 from 3-point range, and 21-of-26 from the free throw line.
• Millersville is 16th in the PSAC in scoring, averaging 67.9 points per contest; the Marauders have reached 70 points just five times in 12 games this season, including a season-high 79 against California (Pa.)
• Former IUP guard
Cornell Yarde II has been Millersville's second-leading scorer this season with 12.0 points per game. Yarde II has played in eight games in his first year with the Marauders after playing two years at IUP (2013-15). He returned to Coach
Fred Thompson's rotation after a six game absence due to injury. Yarde II appeared off of the bench and in his 12 minutes of action he scored three points on 1-of-3 shooting from the field.

Markeith Mont earned his most minutes (30) off of
Fred Thompson's bench in the Marauders 86-70 loss to Lock Haven. Mont has since been inserted in the starting lineup and has responded with a career-high 27 points on 10-of-17 shooting. Mont also sank a career-high seven points from the free throw line.
• Senior guard
Shawn Williams returned to the starting lineup against UPJ after a one game absence and scored in double figures for the 12-straight contest. Williams finished with a game-high 21 points. The Robers Vaux product has led the Marauders in scoring in six of the teams 13 games this season.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT• IUP is one win away from matching its longest win-streak of the season, winning four games between Nov. 27-Dec. 4 - The Sciences (72-64), American International (77-60), Gannon (72-61) and Shippensburg (70-51). The Crimson Hawks are giving up 68.3 points per game, which ranks third in the PSAC; They've limited opponents to 70 or fewer points eight times in 14 games.
• Senior guard Brandon Norfleet is the Crimson Hawks leading scorer and statistically their best all-around player. Norfleet leads IUP in scoring, field goals made, free throws made, free throw percentage, assists, steals and minutes played. He's also second on the team in three-point percentage and third in three-pointers made and total rebounds. He has scored 20-plus points eight times this year, including a streak of five games, and set a career-high of 31 points in IUP's win at Edinboro. Freshman guard Dante Lombardi has been among the PSAC West's Top Freshman winning the PSAC West Freshman of the Week twice this year, receiving honors in consecutive weeks on Nov. 23 and 30. Lombardi is second on the team with 39 assists and 23 three-pointers made and is fourth with 8.6 points per game.
