GAME OVERVIEW
• The Millersville women's basketball team is on its first four-game losing streak since 2007 and its last five-game losing streak was in 1995 (Nov. 15-Dec. 11). The longest losing streak under head coach Mary Fleig came from Dec. 31, 1994 through Jan. 18, 1995 and that lasted seven games in Fleig's fifth season. She began her career at Millersville by losing six straight before the team won 11 of 19 to end the 1990-91 season. During her tenure for the Marauders, Fleig has three losing streaks of five games or longer in 25 seasons and none in the last 19 seasons.

• This game marks the first time since the 2008 season that a Gallagher sister does not play in either meeting between Bloomsburg and Millersville. The Gallagher sisters combined to record 13 starts, 15.9 points per game, .733 free throw percentage (55-of-75), make 26 3-pointers, and shoot .394 percent from the field in the 13 games. Kelsey scored at least 10 points in seven of eight games vs. the Marauders and had 36 in Pucillo on Feb. 9, 2011, which was her career high.

• Not only is Sadowski first on the team in both points and rebounds per game, she is second in the league and 20th in the country in blocks per contest with 2.3. Her 54.1 field goal percentage is good for third in the PSAC and 38th in the nation. So far in 2014-15, the Fleetwood, Pa., native has recorded three double doubles and two 20-point performances  including a season-high 24 on Jan. 7 at Slippery Rock. Sadowski has scored at least 10 points 10 times this season as well.

• As a team, Bloomsburg is doing it on both ends of the court. The Huskies are sixth in the conference in scoring offense (70.5 points/game) and second in scoring defense (58.5 points/game). They are also seventh in field goal percentage (42.5 percent), fifth in field goal percentage defense (38.1 percent), fourth in 3-point field goal percentage (35.5 percent), and 10th in 3-point field goal percentage defense (32.5 percent). On average, Bloomsburg is beating its opponents by an average of 12.1 points per game which is third in the league.

• Running the show for the Huskies has been senior Marla Simmons. The Cedar Crest product is ninth in the PSAC in assists per game with 3.6 and 1.9 assist to turnover ratio is tied for fifth in the conference. Simmons can also score though having reached double figures eight times this season and the 20-point mark twice including a career-high 28 Dec. 17 at Pitt-Johnstown.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
• Bloomsburg enters this contest atop the Eastern Division with an overall record of 13-2 and a mark of 11-1 in PSAC play as well as a six-game winning streak. During those six contests, Bloomsburg has beaten each opponent by at least eight points and is outscoring the other team by an average of nearly 20 points per game. The biggest reason for the Huskies' early-season success is the fact that they don't turn the ball over near as much as their opponent. Bloomsburg is second in the PSAC and 10th in the nation in turnover margin (+6.9) as well as sixth in the conference in turnovers per game at 15.9. The Huskies are top 30 among Division II schools in multiple other categories including assists per game (30th), free throw percentage (29th), scoring defense (29th), steals per game (25th), and won-lost percentage (24th). Individually, Adreana Sadowski is first on the team in scoring (12.4/game) and rebounding (7.4/game). The two others averaging double figures are Marla Simmons (11.9) and Taylor Maldonado (11.0).
