Millersville, Pa. - The potential for inclement weather continues to shake up the weekend schedule for Millersville baseball. Instead of playing a neutral site game against Indiana (Pa.) on Sunday, the Marauders will now host IUP Saturday at Marauder Park.
Millersville will host all four games of the series at Marauder Park. Friday's doubleheader begins at 1 p.m., as does Saturday's doubleheader.
The series is an important Atlantic Region match-up with the Marauders standing at 13-5 and IUP owning an 8-6 record. IUP boasts the PSAC's best team batting average (.344) and the Marauders ranking third (.327). Millersville's duo of
Tim Mayza and
Chris Murphy are expected to pitch on Friday and will likely go up against Stephen Cooke (3-1, 3.00 ERA) and Kyle Zambanini (3-0, 2.31 ERA)
