The Vulcans tied the game at 66-66 and then went on a 20-3 run in the overtime to defeat Millersville 89-69. The Marauders struggled from the foul line, making just 12-of-29.

(2) The Marauders, like they have all season, responded after a loss to find a win. After trailing by 11 at the break to No. 24 Indiana (Pa.), Millersville found its way back into the game late in the second half. The Marauders tied the game at 51-51 with four minutes remaining and then took their first lead of the game with 49 seconds remaining, 55-54. With the game knotted at 55-55 redshirt freshman Carly Gallagher, in just her second game back from injury, hit a buzzer beater to upset previously undefeated IUP, 58-55. Millesville is now 4-0 after a loss this season.

(3) Gallagher, reigning PSAC East Freshman of the Week, made her first appearance at CalU on friday after missing nine-straight games due to a foot injury. Gallagher started in Millersville first game this season and saw 24 minutes. She made an imediate impact on the offense picking up a team-high 16 points against the Vulcans. Against IUP, Gallagher went 6-for-10 from behind the arc, including the buzzer beater, to collect a career-high 18 points.

(4) Aurielle Mosley has benefited from the addition of Gallagher's three-point threat. Mosley has collected three-straight double doubles after being held under double-digits for four straight games. Mosley scored a season-high 28 points--one shy of her career mark--against the Crimson Hawks, including 14-for-16 from the charity stripe.

(5) Head Coach Mary Fleig enters tonights game with a 41-2 all-time record against  Cheyney, including a 38-game win streak from 1991 to 2010. Fleig lost to Cheyney in her first year at Millersville then won 38-straight before losing on Jan. 27, 2010 at Cheyney. Millersville has won the last three meetings.
