THE STARTING FIVE
(1) Millersville is looking to get back in the win column after suffering one of its worse losses under head coach Mary Fleig in her 22-year career. The Marauders fell to the ninth-ranked Edinboro Fighting Scots on the road by a score of 71-43. The 28-point deficit was the largest loss since 2006 when Clarion defeated Millersville by a score of 74-49. Edinboro scored 31 bench points, while the Marauders scored just seven.

(2) The Marauders have proved to be a second half team this season as they struggled in the opening 20 minutes in their last four games, two of which created deficits to big to overcome in the second half. Millersville has scored just 191 points in the first half to 229 points in the second. The Marauders, 5-2 on the season, have trailed at the half in five of its seven games this season.

(3) Despite its first half struggles, Millersville is still one of the top defensive teams in the conference seven games into the season. The Marauders are tied for second in scoring defense in the conference allowing just 55.1 points per game by their opponents. Teams are shooting just .352 against them to rank them third in the PSAC. Millersville ranks atop the PSAC in three-point percentage defense (.222) and block shots (51 total, 7.3 per game). Redshirt junior Aurielle Mosley as collected 21 of the 51 block shots to lead the conference.

(4) For the first time since Janurary of 2011, Mosley was unable to score in double-figures in back-to-back games after she was held to just five points at Lock Haven and seven at Edinboro. Mosley, however, is still dominating the boards in conference play. She leads the conference with 11.9 rebounds per game (4.0 offense, 7.9 defense).

(5) Millersville and Wilmington (Del.) have one common opponent thus far in the 2011 season. Philadelphia visited the Marauders on Nov. 27 where Millersville escaped with a 60-57 win. The Rams then hosted the Wildcats on Dec. 3 and showed to be too much for Wilmington. Philadelphia won the contest 87-49.

ABOUT WILMINGTON
• Wilmington is on a five-game losing streak and has won just one of its first six games of the 2011 season. The Wildcats have been outscored by an average margin of 20.6 points per game. They have averaged just 50 points per game, which is 5.1 point under what Millersville has held its opponents to this season.
• The Wildcats collected its only win this season in the second game of the season at the Hoop 'N Surf Classic held in Hawaii. Wilmington completed a second-half comeback after trailing 30-20 at the break against Chaminade University. The Wildcats went on a 16-6 run in the second half to tie the game at 36-36 six minutes into the half. Wilmington then pulled away to 57-50 for its largest lead before winning the game 59-57.
• Wilmington has struggled to find a usual starting five this season. Thirteen different Wildcats have started a game this season, with just three players making a team-high five starts in seven games.
• Junior Janasie Simpkins is leading Wilmington with 10.2 points per game and 15 assists on the season. Simpkins is the only Wildcat to average double-figures so far this season. Freshman Samantha Retas, who will likely guard Millersville's Mosley, is averaging 8.0 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. Mosley will have a three-inch advantage on Retas who only stands at 5-11.
• Much like the Marauders, the Wildcats are averaging 20 turnovers per game. This is something both teams will need to clean up heading into the matchup. For the Wildcats, they must decrease ther turnovers since they lack the offensive power that Millersville will bring to the court.
