Millersville, Pa. – Fueled by a balanced offense with four Marauders scoring in double figures, the No. 18 Millersville women's basketball team glided to a 71-59 win over PSAC West foe Lock Haven in Pucillo Gymnasium Saturday afternoon. Millersville (9-2) has now won 13 of the last 14 match-ups against the Lady Eagles (7-3) dating back to 1996.

Domonique Stroman led the Marauders with season-highs of 15 points and 11 rebounds while sophomore forward
Aurielle Mosley scored a game-high 18 points. Sophomore
Mashira Newman just missed a double-double with 17 points and nine rebounds, and junior
Sophia Waters knocked down 12 points.
With 17 minutes remaining in the second half, a free throw by Lock Haven's Emily Daugherty shortened the Lady Eagle deficit to a one-possession game at 41-38. Millersville, however, went on a 14-2 run—receiving six points apiece from Waters and Newman—that spanned 6:26 to take a 15-point lead.
Lock Haven tried to chip away at the lead, bringing itself within 10 points on two occasions, but the Marauder offense proved too much for the visitors. The Lady Eagles registered 25 fouls as a club while Millersville knocked down a season-high 73.5 percent from the charity stripe on 25-of-34 shooting.
Millersville held a 14-point advantage with just over four minutes to go in first-half action when the Lady Eagles notched eight-straight points to cut the margin to six. The Marauders held onto just a five point lead going into halftime.
A dominant force on the glass all season, the Marauders out-rebounded Lock Haven by a 51-32 margin and took advantage of second-chance points with 15. Almost half (22) of MU's rebounds came on the offensive end.
Daugherty led Lock Haven with 16 points and Sharay Hall recorded a double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds. Lady Eagle head coach and Millersville alum Jennifer Smith holds a 0-5 record against the Marauders.
