
Savage, Ogden Post PSAC Times at Gettysburg Invitational

Gettysburg, Pa. – The Millersville men's track and field team finished third and the women's team finished sixth at the Mason-Dixon Invitational at Gettysburg Saturday afternoon. The men racked up 113 points and the women collected 71.
Gettysburg took home first place in women's action with a total of 131 points.
Chrissy Savage ran a PSAC-qualifying time of 26.57 for a first place finish in the 200-meter dash. Mattie Conaboy finished fifth in 28.71. Savage picked up her second conference-qualifying win with a 400-meter dash time of 59.77.
In the 100-meter dash, Conaboy finished fourth and Whitney Savoy came in fifth. Conaboy posted a time of 13.57 seconds, and Savoy finished in 13.77.
Stacey Bernetski finished second in the 100-meter hurdles in 17.05 seconds. She picked up a first place finish in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:09.01.
Heather Miller finished third in the hammer throw with a distance of 126-05. Grace Tancredi came in sixth with a throw of 115-00. Miller placed third in the javelin, throwing 98-02.
In men's action, Dickinson finished first with a total of 171 points.
Keith Ogden registered a PSAC-qualifying time of 55.91 seconds with his first place finish in the 400 hurdles. Ryan Griffith finished third in 1:01.64.
Derrick Bass took home first in the 100 with a time of 10.98 seconds. Ogden finished fourth in 11.18 followed by Jorrel Nugent in eighth in 11.60.
Griffith picked up his first career win, finishing the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 16.15 seconds.
The men's 4x100-meter relay of Ogden, Jeff Robinson, Stephen Boyd, and Bass claimed first with a time of 42.98.
In the 200, Robinson ran a time of 22.83 for a third-place finish. Chris Jackson followed in sixth in 23.80 and Nugent in ninth in 24.08. Jackson came in fifth in the 400, crossing the line in 51.92.
Nick Sperry placed fifth in the 800-meter run in 2:02.97. In the 1,500-meter run Jeff Rafach finished in 4:10.40 for fourth place.
In field action, Avery Webster took home first in the hammer throw, launching a distance of 158-01. Peter Hafer finished third with a throw of 144-09 and Dakota Snell finished fourth with 128-08.
The Marauders travel down the road to near-by Franklin & Marshall for the F&M Outdoor Invitational on Sunday.
