Millersville enters the season looking to not only repeat as PSAC East champs but improve upon a 24-26 record that saw the team win 20 of the final 24 regular season games and reach the PSAC Tournament semifinals.

The Marauders return 14 letterwinners, six position starters and five pitchers with starting experience. Among the returnees are 2008 All-PSAC honorees Cody Wile and Derek Kline. Wile led the team with a .366 batting average a year ago, and Kline was the PSAC East Rookie of the Year after hitting .364 with six homers and 41 RBIs.

Leading Millersville's pitching staff is junior lefty Ryan Stauffer, who posted a 6-4 record and tossed two complete games last season.

Returning at the helm for Millersville is second-year coach Jon Shehan. Shehan was named the PSAC East Coach of the Year during his first season on the job.
