Bailey Smith, from Littlestown, Pennsylvania, joined Millersville Athletics as a graduate assistant for athletic communications prior to the 2025-26 competition season.
Smith earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Sports Management) from Delaware Valley University, along with a minor in Media and Communications. She was an active athlete, competing for three years on the Aggies’ softball team. Alongside her athletic commitments, Smith completed a three-year internship with the university’s sports information department. During her senior year, she was the sole undergraduate entrusted with managing media and game day operations for two of the college’s teams: men’s soccer and baseball.
Smith will be pursuing her Master's in Athletic Management at Millersville.
